On Tuesday, November 29 2016, there was a tragic report of a plane that crashed in Colombia which was carrying a Brazilian football team Chapecoense who were coming from Bolivia.

It was learnt that 72 passengers from the Brazilian football team were on board heading to the final of the South American football championship.

The first tie of the final of the Cup which was billed to hold on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 has now been cancelled due to the tragic occurrence.

Recent reports coming in indicated that three members of the football team named Alan Luciano Ruschel, Marcos Danilo Padilha and Jackson Ragnar survived in the plane crash and they are currently under care.
