Isco Still Interesting Tottenham
Unbeaten Tottenham are keen on a January move for midfielder Isco reports the Daily Mirror.
The Spaniard has found his opportunities limited under manager Zinedine Zidane and is reportedly keen on a switch to revive his career
The Mirror reckons Spurs chairman Daniel Levy’s relationship with the European champions could be a problem in sealing the deal.
Since joining from Malaga in 2013, Isco has won the Champions League on two occasions with Los Blancos, but he has rarely been a first-choice starter and said recently he would be willing to consider a move away from Real if he could not force his way into Zinedine Zidane’s XI.
It is said Tottenham are “crazy” for the 24-year-old, who has been linked with a number of Premier League clubs and Juventus in recent months, and want to bring him to White Hart Lane if they can overcome previous difficulties stemming from the sales of Luka Modric and Gareth Bale.
