Here’s why Basketmouth wants his school to go up in flames (See Photos)

​Ask yourself this, if you were offered N4.1 billion ($2million) to tear up your school certificates, would you oblige? – Basketmouth didn’t even hesitate. He answered in the affirmative – And apparently, a lot of Nigerians agree with him Over the weekend, popular comedian Bright Okpocha aka Basketmouth caused a stir on Instagram when he said he was going to ‘burn down his school.’ This statement is alarming, right? But Basketmouth was only reacting to a meme he posted on his page which asked: Will you burn your school certificates for the sum of $10 million dollars?  He answered in true fashion “What kind of annoying question is this? For half that amount I will burn the school.”

Judging from the responses his comments got, a lot of Nigerians will do the same. If you are in doubt of what you will do, know that if you convert $10 million to naira, you will have N4. 6 billon! (Black market rate). Basketmouth regularly uses his Instagram page to engage his fans with his variety of posts. For instance, he recently declared his interest to run for president using the hashtag #MakeNigeriaBRIGHTAgain
