Liverpool Duo will not be punished by FA for visiting strip club
Liverpool pair Adam Lallana and Jordan Henderson will face no punishment from the FA following reports that they visited a strip club while on international duty.
The midfield duo allegedly left the England set-up to visit the establishment the day after England’s 3-0 win over Scotland and three days before the 2-2 draw with Spain.
The trip coincided with Wayne Rooney’s late night at the team hotel that resulted with a series of unflattering pictures of the England captain ending up in the papers.
The FA have since banned nights out for England players on international duty, however the BBC report that no specific action will be taken against Lallana and Henderson.
It’s also claimed that the FA did not tell Rooney to apologise for the ‘inappropriate’ behaviour that sparked the embarrassing episode.
