American Singer, SZA, Adds Nigerian Names To Instagram Profile
American singer and songwriter, SZA, has made a move that has really got Nigerians in that amazing and confident realm.
The singer has added a Nigerian name to her bio on Instagram which comes as an exciting news to Nigerian music fans. She updated her bio on Instagram by adding two Igbo names to her profile on the social media Platform.
SZA updated the bio by adding Amarachi Chinonso to it, suggesting she is now an Igbo woman from Nigeria.
Could the reason for adding the name to her profile be as a result of the rapidly growing African culture in the United States. It is no news that the African music, clothing, culture and food is currently making wave in America and some artistes over there are now finding it worthy of being attached to the African wave. But there are reports that the singer who is born Solána Imani Rowe, is making claims she’s Nigerian and wants to prove that by adding Amarachi Chinonso to her name.
The likes of rapper, Lil Baby, Casanova, Sway and the likes have once visited Nigeria and have even gone as far as claiming to be Nigerians. Could this be an extra reason?
