Ugandan female councilor and her man weds in a shrine (See Photos)

A popular female Councillor identified as Ruth Nakamatte exchanged marital vows with her fiancee, Buyondo Manyigaalubaale in an elaborate ceremony, in a shrine,  New Vision Uganda reports.

The marriage was presided over by the heads of the traditional healer’s in Uganda on Sunday.

She arrived the shrine dressed in a wedding gown which she later changed. More photos below;
