A portion of Nigeria’s looted arms billions as professedly given to Nneka Ararume, a purported Wealth manager at ‘ARM organization,’ to change to naira and contribute for the benefit of Olisa Metuh’s Destra Investments Limited.

Nneka vouched for the EFCC that she collected $2 million in real money from PDP representative and criminal, Olisa Metuh on December 2, 2014.
