Flaunting an art that he has painstakingly honed for more than a decade, Chigozie Orji is Deejay Xtacee.
Born and raised in the city of coal, but possessing talent & mastery of his art that transcends all ethnic divides, X as his many adoring fans call him, is the most dynamic disc jockey you’ll find east of the Niger.
At a tender age of 27, his body of work includes collaborations with Zoro & Phyno (with whom he worked with in this year’s PhynoFest, not to mention sharing the stage with legends like Tuface, Timaya, Psquare, and numerous other top tier artistes at the annual Enugu Road Block Fiesta.
Accomplished as he is, but not one to rest on his laurels, X is a labrat of sorts, always seeking to improve on his trade and in turn, his brand. As far as role models go, X takes his cue from the one DJ he believes is the definition of modern – DJ Spinall.
