Uchechukwu Ikhille, otherwise known by her stage name Theophilus hills,hail from Enugu state .she attended IMT Enugu where she studied Quantity survey. she began her music as a child where she was a member of the church of God mission choir in Benin city CGMI .While in school she performed music in halls hostels and campus fellowships.
