Afo.G is a dynamic artiste whose genre of music cuts across a number of music styles. He sees himself more as a rapper than a singer, although his ability to sing is evident in his track; “Neva Be Like Me” where he sang fuji in the third verse of the track, a Yoruba folklore pattern of singing. He is one who is blessed with a charismatic stage performance and a strong voice.
Afo.G attended Federal Government College Ikirun and was in boarding house, it was while in in senior secondary school that he started writing songs and he developed and trained his voice to do R n B, hence He started as a R n B enthusiast before he listened to a track by tupac shakur in his semi – final year in secondary school and afterwards switched to becoming a rapper and follower of rap music.
