The singer, who is currently having legal issues with a photographer over an incident in 2013, may have lost track of his surroundings when he fell during his run.
Turns out that Justin will have to give up the Argentina leg of his South America tour due to an indictment by a judge there.
As a result, he will be put in handcuffs the moment he steps into Argentina, until the issue is resolved.
Bieber is accused of getting members of his crew to hit the photographer and make off with his gear and cash.
The singer on his part says he did nothing wrong, adding that the judge is only targeting him because he is a celebrity.
This is set to cost the singer a big pay day as he is quite popular in Argentina; which will be losing revenue as well.
Alas, Bieber seems resigned to the situation.
