Meek Mill Says The “Losses” In His Album Title Are Not What People Are Thinking

Meek Mill is set to release his third studio album Wins & Losses this Friday, July 21st and fans are looking forward to hearing the rapper pour his heart out on the songs.

When the album title was first revealed back in May, social media was busy with the talk about how Meek was about to keep it real regarding his “losses” which we assumed were his beef with Drake, breakup with Nicki Minaj and the like. But it seems like we may be thinking a little off here.

Meek recently did an interview with DJ Holiday in Atlanta where he spoke on the meaning behind the title, what we can expect from the music, the various guest appearances on it, the upcoming Dreamchasers compilation project and more. Meek clarified that the losses he’s going to address are his friend Lil Snupe’s passing, doing jail time etc. and not exactly what some listeners have in mind. Watch the full interview below.
