Khloe Kardashian & Lamar Odom Reach Divorce Settlement
Khloe Kardashian can move on happily with her rumored engagement to Cleveland Cavaliers baller Tristan Thompson now that a settlement has been reached in her divorce from Lamar Odom.
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom wed in 2009. Khloe first filed for a divorce in 2013. She took the divorce back after Lamar almost died from a drug overdose in 2015. In May 2016, Khloe filed for a divorce from Lamar once again after realizing she couldn’t keep him off the drugs and alcohol.
TMZ reports that Khloe and Lamar reached a property settlement and each of them have signed legal docs that were filed Friday. The details of the settlement have not been revealed as of yet. Under California law though, the judge can’t sign off on the settlement until 6 months after the filing. This means the judge will not be able to sign off until December. Either way, that makes Khloe a free woman before 2017.
