Just Drinking A Cup Of This Beverage Acts As Natural Viagra And Boosts Your S*X Drive
A new study has revealed a natural viagra that boosts sexual performance and s*x drive everyone needs to know.
According to a new Dailystar report, you can improve your p*nis performance and have stronger erections by just taking a cup of steaming hot coffee.
According to a study from the University of Texas Health Science Centre at Houston, a kick of caffeine can perk you up in more ways than one.
In fact sipping on some java every day may reduce your likelihood of getting erectile dysfunction (ED).
Researchers found that lads who downed the caffeine equivalent of two to three cups of coffee each day were less likely to have erection issues compared to non-coffee drinkers.
Interestingly the connection between caffeine and strong erections was most apparent in overweight guys – perhaps because carrying too many extra pounds can cause you to go limp.
They said: “We found a reduced likelihood to report ED among men with caffeine intake, especially with two to three daily cups of coffee, which is approximately 170–375 mg/day.”
Caffeine affects the penis in a similar way as Viagra does, says study co-author Run Wang, M.D.
The tasty drink makes the arteries in your penis relax and your blood flow increase which is great news for your erection.
So a few hits of caffeine each day could be a great natural alternative to the little blue pill.
And not only does coffee have benefits like boosting your metabolism and getting your blood pumping, it can also make you last longer in the sack.
A hot cup can release fat stores giving you more energy to keep going all night.
Meanwhile if you are having trouble getting it up, there’s a number of simple ways you can boost your stamina in the sack.
Speaking exclusively to Dailystar.co.uk, celebrity GP Dr Pixie McKenna reveals how men with ED can improve their erections and last longer in bed.
She said: “De-stress, reduce your alcohol intake and check you aren’t on any prescription medications that may be having an impact, for example water tablets.
“If you are a long distance cyclist cut back on the miles and if you partake in recreational drugs stop, both of these activities can reduce the ability to have an erection.”
The problem, which can be psychological or physical, can also be linked with fatigue, stress, anxiety or depression.
Sometimes it’s a symptom of health conditions related to your blood vessels and heart, like diabetes, high cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Dr Pixie explained: “Your ED could be a symptom of an underlying medical issue that is yet to be diagnosed.
“If you already have a diagnosis of heart disease or diabetes make sure it is being optimally managed.
“If you haven’t had a health check for a while then book in for a screen. They are free through the NHS to the over 40s.”
