Denver joins California in legalising the use of marijuana

Denver has become the first city in the United States to approve a law allowing willing bars and restaurants to give customers the option to use marijuana alongside a cocktail or meal.

This comes after people in California voted for Proposition 64 to allow the legalisation of marijuana there.

While Denver’s is Proposition 300, smoking pot however won’t be allowed inside, and the locations would have to first get the approval of neighbours.
