Game of Thrones season 7, which sadly doesn’t feature a cameo from Larry David, marks the beginning of the end for the beloved HBO hit. Season 8 of Thrones will be the series’ final bow and is expected to consist of only six episodes. Season 7 is also a shortened affair, with just seven episodes.
