Rapper, Mode 9 Loses His Dad

Legendary Nigerian rapper, Mode 9, whose real name is Babatunde Olusegun Adewale, recently lost his dad. The rapper took to Instagram to share the news with a cryptic post which he captioned with;

“R.i.P. Mr J.O Babatunde.”

Mode 9 has stood as a tower of relevance for core Nigerian Hip-Hop fans and with this sad announcement, his fans have been sending their condolences to the highly respected lyricist.
